Rainbows & Unicorns Retreat

Rainbows & Unicorns - Yeah Right

We know life isn’t all about rainbows—storms roll in, challenges get messy, and even the finer moments can test us. What matters most is how you choose to show up through it all.

Why?

This retreat theme was born out of me chasing rainbows and, yes, f***ing unicorns. Rainbows? Plenty, always after the storms. Unicorns? For a while, I thought I’d snagged my very own..

Spoiler: unicorns don’t exist. (Don’t worry, I knew that already, no intervention required.)

But what they stand for; uniqueness, individuality, showing up as your real self, that part is alive and kicking. And it’s what matters. Storms aren’t optional, rainbows fade, unicorns stay mythical.

What doesn’t? YOU. The whole you. The version that shows up in boardrooms, living rooms, and everywhere in between. The version that isn’t about doing more, but about being, clear, grounded, and present.

Exclusive Women’s Leadership Retreat

Meet me in the Jungle

A select group of dedicated, compassionate, badass women leaders to spend a week in the vibrant jungle of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

At the edge of the Pacific, where pristine beaches meet lush jungle, is Santa Teresa, Costa Rica and it feels amazing.

This is an opportunity to step out of the noise, breathe a little easier, and give yourself the same care you give to everyone else. You’ll laugh, you’ll connect, and you’ll finally have space to focus on what you need, not just what you’re responsible for.

And let’s be clear: this isn’t a typical leadership conference with decks (if I hear that word one more time!). There are no endless slides, no corporate jargon, and definitely no forced icebreakers.

Instead, you’ll find practical tools, candid conversations, and the kind of space that reminds you who you are outside the grind.

"The plan is no plan"
We are in Costa Rica where flexibility and flow are part of the magic.

We’re not for everyone.

That’s a feature, not a bug.

These retreats are designed for women who want genuine conversations, practical tools, and a touch of laughter along the way, as well as the opportunity to slow down, rest, and recharge. It’s not a spa vacation, and it’s not a corporate bootcamp; it’s the middle ground: practical coaching, honest connection, and space to breathe that supports the whole person.

To keep it simple, here’s how to know if this is for you (or not).

Do Attend If You…

😎Love easy coffee conversations in the jungle (no rushing allowed).

😎Are part of the been-there-done-that crowd asking, “Now what?”

😎Care about your wellbeing—without the wellness-industry fairy dust.

😎 Are curious about your blind spots (we all have them, promise).

😎 Like learning from other bold women who have stories and plenty of wisdom.

😎 Enjoy laughing, dancing, movement, and music.

😎 Want professional coaching that doesn’t sound like a motivational poster.

😎 Need traction, not reinvention. (You’re already pretty awesome.)

😎 Appreciate nature, beauty, and excellent food.

😎 Value clarity, perspective, and memorable experiences to bring home.

Don’t Attend If You…

😏 Are looking for BS—this isn’t your place.

😏Want someone to sell you “transformation.” (We’re selling truth, and it’s messier.)

😏 Think this will be like a spa day. (It’s rewarding, but it’s work too.)

😏Need guarantees for life-changing breakthroughs. (There aren’t any.)

😏Believe professional development should always be serious and stiff.

😏 Are afraid of getting a little sand between your toes.

😏Want Instagram-worthy quotes instead of real, practical tools.

😏  Don’t like to sweat—it’s Costa Rica, it’s hot.

😏 Expect perfection. (We’ll do our best, but flexibility is part of the process.)

😏 Are hoping someone will “fix” you. (You’re not broken.)

😏 Prefer to keep running on autopilot without pausing to breathe.

Keep Me in the Loop

“Some people get addicted to chain-smoking their problems. They spend all day going from sorrow to sorrow. It doesn't have to be that way. You can live each day going from joy to joy—like a sunflower that turns to face the sun as it moves across the sky. It's not about having a problem-free life, but about focusing on the light. Sunflowers still have shadows, but they are always behind them.”

- James Clear
