Rainbows & Unicorns -
Yeah Right

Santa Teresa, Costa Rica - February 21st-27th, 2026

Wouldn’t it be nice if life really was all rainbows and unicorns? Where every storm ended in color and the impossible always felt close at hand? Reality check: it’s not. But what is in your control is how you show up, what you stand for, and how you create your own kind of magic without all the stress and anxious thoughts.

With some work and dedication during and long after the retreat, you’ll walk away clearer, steadier, and more grounded, ready to be who you want to be in work, in life, and in the storms that inevitably roll in.

Lush tropical jungle with palm trees and ocean view in Santa Teresa Costa Rica retreat setting for applied neuroscience leadership coaching

We won’t hand you glitter or fairy dust, just practical tools, real conversations, and a few laughs along the way to help you lead your life with clarity.

What you’ll Get

  • Practical tools grounded in applied neuroscience — learn how your brain actually works under stress, and how to rewire old habits into ones that support who you want to be.

  • Insights from positive psychology — focus on strengths, build resilience (without the buzzword), and create practices that help you thrive, not just survive.

  • The power of group coaching — real growth happens faster (and sticks longer) when you’re supported by others who are just as curious, courageous, and committed as you are.

  • Real conversations, no fluff — equal parts laughter, learning, and a little healthy discomfort (the good kind).

  • Tools that last beyond the retreat — takeaways you’ll actually use in work, leadership, and life.

  • Integration into real life — tools that work on retreat and when Monday morning hits.

Got Professional Development Dollars?

Use them here.

This retreat isn’t just a “getaway”—it’s an investment in how you lead and live. With group coaching, applied neuroscience, positive psychology, and tools you’ll actually use on Monday morning, it qualifies as professional development (and yes, many companies will cover it).

Think of it as the most useful line item you’ll ever expense: clarity, leadership skills, and a reset that sticks.

Here’s a document to take to HR

Why Santa Teresa, Costa Rica?

Santa Teresa sits where jungle meets the Pacific—ocean in front, jungle behind, monkeys overhead. The beaches stretch for miles, and the howler monkeys double as your alarm clock.

It’s not just a backdrop—it’s part of the reset. With jungle mornings and ocean evenings, Santa Teresa gives you the space to drop the noise, breathe, and just be

It’s easily one of my favorite places on earth—the kind that pulls you back again and again. And honestly? It’s way more fun with company. Sharing is caring, and that’s why I want to bring you with me.
