Meet Me In The Jungle
An Exclusive Retreat for Women in Leadership
An Exclusive Retreat for Women in Leadership
Santa Teresa, Costa Rica
This isn’t about adding one more thing to your already full plate. It’s about pressing pause long enough to reset, share stories with women who “get it,” and leave with clarity (plus maybe a few good stories that involve monkeys, sunsets, or spontaneous dance breaks).
March 21st-27th, 2026
My Why
Over the years, I’ve had the honour of coaching many inspiring women leaders. And here’s what I’ve noticed: you carry entire teams, strategies, and often households—while pretending it’s just “part of the job.” Spoiler: it’s not. Running on empty while leading with strength and compassion isn’t sustainable.
I’ve watched women push through, give everything, and still wonder if it’s enough. That’s why I care so deeply about creating a space where you don’t have to be “on.” A space where you can exhale, drop the superhero cape, and be yourself (no titles required).
Reserve your spot now and join women who lead with strength, compassion and no BS
What It’s All About
Gaining fresh perspective (without a single slide deck).
Picking up tools backed by science and real life.
Finding energy to lead in a way that feels sustainable.
Laughing—because joy isn’t optional, it’s fuel.
For me, this isn’t just professional—it’s personal. Women in leadership deserve places where they can be human first, leaders second, and where connection and humor matter just as much as strategy and vision.
Why Should You Attend?
Step Into a New Environment
Research shows that time in nature enhances cognitive function, reduces stress, and sharpens decision-making. The Costa Rican jungle is the ideal backdrop—not just for rest, but for renewal.
Build Real Connections
Five days with accomplished peers who get it, the pressures, the wins, and everything in between. Expect conversations that challenge assumptions and spark fresh approaches.
Lead Authentically
This isn’t about perfection or “having it all.” It’s about showing up as yourself—strengths, flaws, humanity and all, and feeling good about it.
Be Fully Present
Yes, there will be time to dip your toes in the Pacific, stroll golden beaches, and let the ocean remind you what presence actually feels like.
7 days, 6 nights in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica — jungle out back, ocean out front, monkeys as your alarm clock.
Premium accommodations + gourmet meals — fuel for both brain and belly.
5 days of group coaching — grounded in science, designed for leaders(humans), no jargon.
Daily wellness + movement — yoga, pilates, breathwork, dance, and playful sessions (because joy is a leadership skill too).
Adventures + awe — guided waterfall hike, golden beaches, and optional ice baths (bragging rights included).
Evenings of laughter + music — conversations under the stars, sound baths, live music, and surprises (the fun kind, not the Zoom-meeting kind).
Playtime - cause sometimes as ‘grown ups’ we forget about the impact of playing
